This afternoon's Blood Glucose Tests

This morning's Blood test is 9.2. I was up at 8.00am a detail which may well have had an influence on the finger prick test. It's windy and for some reason I feel mentally alert. I am sure that I have a reasonable amount of energy. Yesterday evening I hit the sack at 10.30pm, and, rather pathetically, ate a later supper of cheese on toast.
