Todays Blood score came out as 6.5. I got up at around 9.30am which might just have affected the glucose test. The weather is raining and I guess I am mentally alert. I I am blessed with a reasonable amount of verve. Yesterday evening I retired at 11.00pm, and, typically, enjoyed a light snack of soup.
