Todays Blood Glucose Results

This afternoon's Blood Glucose test score came out as 8.5. I got out of bed at around 9.30am which may well have affected the blood glucose test. The weather is not too bad and for some reason I guess I am mentally a bit dim. I feel that I have tremendous verve. Yesterday night I went to bed at 10.30pm, and, rather pathetically, had a later supper of cornflakes.
