Today's Glucose test is 6.1. I got out of bed at around 9.30am which may well have had an influence on the finger prick test. It's raining and I am feeling mentally alert. I feel I am blessed with great 'spirit'. Yesterday evening I retired at 10.30pm, and, rather pathetically, enjoyed a light snack of biscuits.
