Today's Blood Glucose test result is 9.2. I was up at 7.30am a fact which could well have influenced the blood sugar test. The weather is blustery and I guess I am mentally a little slow. I I have incredible physical energy. Yesterday evening I retired at 11.15pm, and, rather pathetically, had a later supper of biscuits.
