Todays Blood Tests

This afternoon's Blood Glucose score is 5.3. I rose at around 8.30am which might just have influenced the blood glucose test. The weather is windy and for some reason I am feeling mentally alert. I I am blessed with at least moderate energy. Last night I went to bed at 10.15pm, and, typically, enjoyed a supper of beans on toast.
