Today's Blood test result is 5.8. I was up at 9.00am which might just have had an influence on the blood glucose test. The weather is windy and for some reason I feel mentally quite alert. I feel that I have incredible physical energy. Yesterday evening I went to bed at 10.15pm, and, rather pathetically, had a later supper of cornflakes.
